Concert rehearsals and Final Arrangements

Friday AM in the HALL (current Maelor Pupils only)

9.15: Windband

10.30: All Choirs (Lunchtime, Afterschool and Boys)

(1.30pm - Megan Martin)

Sunday:  All pupils and any former pupils able to attend

10.30am Tech/Megan Martin/Kat Cottrell

11.30am Windband

12.30pm Lunch

1.00pm Choir in hall

1.30pm Finale sectionals: Windband/Choir

2.00pm Strings/Windband/Choir (World in Union/Rule Britannia/Anthems)

End 3.30pm approx

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING SANDWICHES AND PLENTY TO DRINK, NO PUPILS WILL BE PERMITTED OFF SITE AT ANY POINT DURING THE SUNDAY REHEARSALS.  PLEASE ARRIVe AT LEAST 10MINS BEFORE THE START OF YOUR FIRST REHEARSAL ON THE SUNDAY.

Monday (No rehearsal during school day)

3.30pm School String Orchestra

5.30pm Percussion Ensemble

Please could all performers be in school be 6.30pm at the latest.
